LDZ series pressure-spray granulating and drying machines can spray-granulate size mixture with high content of solid under pressure and dry it into globular grain product. Dried powder having a good fluidity will quickly fully fill in mold in a homogeneous way, keeping a constant content of residual water and looseness. The powder can be applied for molding products under static pressure to increase a service lifetime of mold 4-8 times in comparison with that used for machanically granulated powder. The molded products have a good uniformity and high degree of finish, so they are widely used in the trades of porcelain bricks, tablewares ceramic wafers, ceramic materials, ferrite magnetic materials, etc.
